At Bronde Blvd Salon, we pride ourselves on providing a luxury, stress-free experience for every guest. To maintain the level of service and respect our clients and stylists deserve, we kindly ask that you review and respect our salon policies below.
Booking & Scheduling
We operate on a by-appointment basis and book clients in advance to ensure the best possible experience.
Not all requests can be accommodated within certain timelines or budgets. Luxury services take time and investment to achieve healthy, beautiful results.
We do not “squeeze in” appointments to protect the quality of service for every guest.
If you cannot find an immediate opening, we are happy to add you to our waitlist.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our stylists and other guests:
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
- Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% charge of the scheduled service fee.
- Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made.
Respectful Environment

Rude, disrespectful, or overly demanding behavior will not be tolerated.

Right to Refuse Service
Bronde Blvd Salon reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Safety concerns
- Disrespectful or aggressive behavior
- Requests that do not align with the health and integrity of your hair
