Shelly Chand is a co-founder of Bronde Blvd Salon and has been behind the chair for 14 years. Originally from Livonia, Michigan, Shelly brought her beachy, natural aesthetic to Chandler when she and Kendra opened the salon in March 2022. Her approach is refreshingly versatile — while specializing in one service has become a trend in the industry, Shelly is confident across the board. Every client, every hair type, every goal.
